I've been learning bass for about two months and I feel like I'm stuck on the same songs and can't really progress so I'm looking for some relatively easy songs that a more experienced bassist would recomend
This is a great example because I don't want pt even argue about religion (in this scenario) the argument is just horrible and it ignores physics.
And this happens all the time with people I agree or disagree with.
It's not that hard to take one minute to see if your argument can be debunked with a simple Google search.
I really hope this is is ragebait and I'm falling for it (the picture I showed above) but it was an opportunity to talk about this.
If you have engaged in any conversation about AI you have probably this argument and I'd like to talk about, I should state that the context for this comment is that someone asked for an argument why AI art is better.
This is the best phrased argument (which doesn't mean much as it still is kinda dumb)I have heard from AI bros (I've seen some people say that it looks like a chatgpt text which I can't identify with any certainty due to me not being familiar with it), and it is pretty flawed if you ask me.
The reason is because imagery made from generative AI cannot express emotion so therefore it cannot be called art, also it doesn't come directly from the individual, an analogy I like to use is that it is similar to making an art request to an artist (the only difference is that AI cannot create art), id you tell an artist to make art for you you are giving them a prompt, and then they create something with that prompt, I hope than anyone old enough to be on social media can understand that the person who made the request has not made the art, so if we changed the artist with AI and the art with AI generated imagery the one making the prompt would still not be the creator. The reason why AI cannot create art is because it does not have the ability to feel or express emotions, like I stated before. My final point is that art should take time because it's a craft and like I said before it used to express emotions and that takes time.
