6K AED in Dubai for a medior backend developer role

Hello everyone,

I got an offer from a dubai based company to work as a backed developer, However I feel like I was lowballed with a 6K monthly salary, no relocation assistance expect for paying for my visa.

For context I have almost 5 years of experience, and I make about 4800TND monthly.

The package is :

  • 6K AED/Month
  • health insurrance
  • 30 days of leave
  • visa expenses ( excluding flights)

The job is onsite, no remote no hybrid, I want to write a counter but honnestly i don't think that jumping to 10AED would of been my preferred outcome.

Is it a normal salary am I just unaware of the salaries range in dubai ? is it possible to live / save from that.
