Does anyone have any recommendations on who can produce cute custom binders?

I’m not sure if this forum is the right place to post about this but I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to who can do custom binders at all? Decently priced would be a bonus. I’m planning on doing an Espurr/ Meowstic binder and an Oddish binder! I would do it myself but I can barely draw stick men haha. Any recommendations would be appreciated

Six shifts in and had a “waste conversation”. Now I’m worried. Any advice/ anyone else had this?

I’m six shifts in to my new job at M&S Food and today, I had a “waste conversation” with one of my managers as I had missed out a few items to yellow label a few shifts beforehand. I understand new staff are on probation and I was wondering whether this goes on your record/ affects you during the probation period? Of course I’m still learning and the managers have well and truly thrown me in the deep end but it’s making me anxious as to whether they’re secretly keeping an eye on me to see whether I’m good enough for the job. It’s the first time I’ve been recruited by M&S so everything is brand new to me and I’ve enjoyed it so far but this has made me feel less confident about how I’ve been doing things. Now I’m paranoid that I’m going to be missing things all the time, even though I’m very thorough

I have two M&S Foodhall interviews this week. What was everyone’s experience with interviewing/ on the job?

I have two interviews this week (one tomorrow and one on Wednesday) for two local M&S Foodhall stores and I was wondering what other people’s experiences were of the interviewing process were? I’m dyslexic and I have informed them of this and they’ve said they’ve put reasonable adjustments in but I’m slightly anxious. I’d really like this job too so I’m feeling slightly more under pressure. Any testimonials or advice would be greatly appreciated; thank you!

This may seem like a stupid question, so please bear with me. I have a job interview for a part time Service Colleague role at my local Asda tomorrow afternoon and I have been told to have a read of the Asda values as there will be questions on these but I’m unable to find consistent information anywhere… I’ve been told several retail job interviews this year and have been unsuccessful in all of them but hoping for a different outcome this time. Any advice/ help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
