I’ve wanted a “plain” black pair for several months now, and as a huge Star Wars fan, I regretted not getting these this past summer. I’m so happy I decided to fight through the 100 degree weather yesterday because Star Trader randomly got them in!
I’ve been seeing a lot of hype for the modess disposable face towels so I just wanted to put some people on with an alternative…
I bought about 20 of these “super soft microfiber cloth” towels (not all pictured) a few years ago— right around the time everything was going to $1.25. No, they’re not sold as facial towels, but they’re honestly wonderful lol. I use one in the morning and one at night, and wash them along with the rest of my towels at the end of the week with no fabric softener.
I have pretty sensitive skin, and find these very soft and perfect for skincare. They’re not that scratchy microfiber material, but more plush and soft to the touch. Much softer than a hand towel also. While I love the idea of disposable facial towels for times I can’t use these (e.g. traveling), this is a great eco-friendly alternative for regular, daily use.
After maybe 3-4 years, these have held up very well also. There are no tears or rips, or anything of that sort. While I did spend $20-$25 on this, I think it was WELL WORTH the cost, especially since I use them every day lol. Highly recommend!
Made a habit of buying a new hand sanitizer every time I pop into the store and see a drop and, Oh. My. God. I went to put my new ones away today and decided to pull them all together… 17?!
I do tend to add them to gifts as a little extra something during the holidays but telling myself no more because it’ll take me YEARS to finish this.
Bright side: I couldn’t even buy three of the name brand with the amount of money I spent on all these 😅
Might be a long shot but has anyone emailed “Alumni@ups.com” ? If so, how long did it take for them to get back to you and resolve your issue?
The email is for past employees. I‘ve been jumping through hoops trying to retrieve my last paystub (from 2025). I have called HR both last week and this week, and have been forwarded to tech support every time, who also forwards me back to this email every time. It sounds like I can’t log onto my old UPSers account without them and there’s absolutely no other way for me to retrieve this paystub. I need it for additional tax documentation purposes and I need to send it out ASAP.
