A non conventional queer relationship that has romantic aspects to it

I don't know if this is the right place. I've been in a queer platonic relationship before with someone who was aroace and I feel like I know the difference between that attraction and romantic attraction. Right now I'm talking with a girl who is really uncomfortable with the term "dating" or with romantic relationships because of the heteronormative and monogamy-normative implications around them. She suggested a queer platonic relationship instead- but we both have romantic feelings for each other. I'm wondering if a QPR is what we're looking for, or if there are other terms better suited to this situation. I take definitions literally, too much so sometimes, so I feel like our relationship being romantic kind of disqualifies is from a QPR. Can someone tell me if it's okay or fitting to use, and if not, point me in the right direction? Thanks.

How to maybe things less awkward between my boyfriends? (All 20yo)

So I started dating Cedar about a month ago, and I've been dating Aspen for 4 years. Cedar and Aspen work together, but most of their interactions are during shift change (Aspen opens and leaves an hour or two after Cedar's shift starts), so they haven't gotten to know each other. I want to plan something for the 3 of us so we can be more comfortable around each other as a group. Obviously I'm comfortable around Aspen and Cedar individually, but the one time the 3 of us have been together, Cedar said he didn't know how to act around me when I'm with Aspen, and I feel the same. I'd love for us to have a more comfortable dynamic and for my boyfriends to get along. But I'm having trouble coming up with ideas for what we should do! Any suggestions?

Hey y'all, so I (20NB) am currently dating my coworker Ash(20M). Our supervisor(28) used to be my other boyfriend (Cedar, 20M)'s supervisor at Pizza Place, where Cedar still works. To clarify, currently I work with Ash and supervisor. In the summer, Ash, Cedar, and the supervisor will all be working together. I'm working elsewhere. We work at a college, and Cedar's supervisor is going to back to Pizza Place for the summer, and Ash is going to work there as well. Supervisor is a decent dude, but has some questionable right-wing views. Cedar has known him longer than either me or Ash, and he doesn't want Supervisor to know about our relationship because he might not be supportive. Ash and I don't think he'd be supportive, but wouldn't be rude about it either. Ash wants to tell Supervisor because they've gotten pretty close and hang out, and he wants to be able to tell Supervisor about his partner. I'd also like to be able to tell him. I feel like it's my business to share, just as much as it's Cedar's and Ash's. But with it being their business as much as mine, Cedar *not* wanting to share it probably holds more weight.

Ash is a very new partner, so I've been the communication point between the two of them (working on fixing that). I feel bad telling Ash that he has to hide our relationship, and that I also have to hide our relationship because he's said before that he doesn't like being hid. What do y'all think? For right now, we aren't telling supervisor of course, and I am willing to keep it hidden, but want to get some outside perspectives.
