Fly-On-The-Wall Theatre Book Recommendations
I'm looking to sink my teeth in more books about theatre-making, particularly books that document the process of directing a play or performing in one. I've recently finished Tirzah Lowen's spectacular Peter Hall directs Antony and Cleopatra, which I cannot recommend enough to those who haven't read it already.
So, I'm looking for something along that line, or like Antony Sher's collection of books giving insight into his preparation for Lear, Richard III, etc. They don't have to be about Shakespeare characters; those are just the best examples I can think of.
