Oregano oil topical use

Does anyone know if oregano oil goes through to breast milk? Or is it safe to use it topically. Not on the chest area and nowhere baby could possibly ingest it.

Hate pads and panty liners

Like in the title. I vehemently hate sanitary pads and panty liners. I was 5 years on contraception without a period and I'd rather change my underwear several times w day than wear one or the other. Are there any tips or way I can do with the minimal number of pads/ party liners for the shortest time possible during the postpartum?

Was anyone's baby really calm in the belly?

I'm FTM, 37+4 and have been wondering about this for a while. My pregnancy is rather uncomplicated, I've heard and read a lot in order to prepare myself for this. The only thing that I've expected that turned out to be false is that baby kicking is painful. I was really worried when my baby boy started kicking and moving and I was like "wait, that's it?". He had maybe two weeks when he was really active and since settled into, what feels like, occasional stretching and turning. He's usually more active in the evening but that's still nothing spectacular.

My obgyn had already sent me for additional ctg to a hospital (few times) because he didn't like how little my baby moves during the exam/ that he has half an hour stretches of sleeping in the morning. Every time the hospital doctors did the extra ctg, an additional ultrasound and have run some tests - everything was fine.

I'm trying not to stress too much since I know that's also not good for us but sometimes when I focus on other things (like watching a movie) I won't even notice his movements. I know I'm not really that sensitive to touch and pain in general but it still bugs me. I've also had nipt since I'm 35 and everything looked good. So I guess my question is, has anyone had any similar experience?

TLDR: baby doesn't move much in the belly the whole pregnancy but doctors and hospital say everything seems to be fine.
