It involves an White American international student at Fudan University (one of China's top elite universities) who has been exposed as a serial predator, capitalizing on his prestigious Ivy-league tier school and more importantly, white privilege to systematically exploit local Chinese women.

His online persona is "Wang Shuiniu" (王水牛), allegedly named Jackson. On Douyin, he built a massive following by playing the "wholesome, disciplined, and hard-working expat who loves Chinese culture" card—posting videos of himself waking up at 5:00 AM to study and exercise, even hosting major official events at Fudan University.

Behind this meticulously crafted "charming, high-value male" facade lies a disturbing reality. Dozens of local women have recently come forward with mountains of concrete evidence, chat logs, and receipts, exposing his highly toxic and predatory behavior:

• Serial Grooming & Micro-Harem Building: He systematically targeted local women under the guise of "wanting to practice Chinese," "making friends," or "helping them pick English names." He simultaneously maintained short-term sexual relations with a massive number of women.
• Financial Exploitation: Chat logs from multiple victims and local restaurant staff revealed that he rarely, if ever, paid for dates. He expected these women to fund his lifestyle in Shanghai, effectively leaching off them while pretending to be an elite, self-made scholar.
• Impregnating and Ghosting Victims: The most heinous part of the exposure reveals that he consistently refused to use protection. When multiple women informed him that they had become unexpectedly pregnant due to his actions, he immediately ghosted them, deleted their contact info, and blocked them—leaving them to deal with severe emotional, physical, and financial trauma completely alone.

Why This Matters to Our Communities:
This is a textbook case of a mediocre Western expat exploiting the lingering "white/foreign privilege" and prestige worship in Asian societies. He weaponized the Fudan University brand name to validate his status, treating local women as disposable commodities.

When perpetrators like this face zero institutional consequences, it reinforces the toxic dynamic where predatory foreigners feel untouchable in Asia. We cannot let him just turn off his comment section, hide under the radar, and graduate with an elite degree from a top Asian institution while leaving a trail of ruined lives behind him—and more importantly, thinking that Asian men will just continue to tolerate this type of bullshit and do absolutely nothing about it.

I was pretty much done with this ordeal, but One individual reached out and said that this "asian hate is justified" because not only did "WE (WTF)" kill Cryus Belton but "WE" also killed Latasha Harlins back during the 1990's LA riots.

Another individual implied that Chow (and other asian store owners) only targets vulnerable women and children. This claim is disproved by the CCTY footage where a black girl was shopping normally before the shooting occured. She also implied that these images were fake because I had no names attached to them (Very disrespectful since 98% of the victims here have passed away, one is permantly paralyzed).

These victims are all asian women, some as young as 11, others as old as 89.
Some are Chinese, Some are Japanese, Viet, Korean, SEA, Wasian, Indian, south asian etc., point is that hate comes just for being asian, no matter your ethnicity. What do you think? IMO just because asia might be racist, does not make america any less racist. Asian racism is also not ethnic hatred and fear like it is in the states. I was treated better in Japan than anywhere in the states despite my ethnicity being japan's most hated. America is one of the only developed country right now where racist policies are encouraged. Also, just posting this map is an act of racism against asians.
