Rate my workout Routine

For context im 6 foot just under 190. I’ve always been skinny but a recent thyroid surgery, being over 40, and inspired by the wrestlers I watch and wanting to look good for my wife (and be eye candy to all the sports moms and my kids sports while not caving to dad bod culture. So I curated my own work out routine. Im also a midnights worker so diet can get wonky but i intermittent fast (no eating from midnight-4pm water (1can of Arizona a day maybe a coffee if I’m struggling at night) and I work out about 7am when I get home from work. So here’s my routine. Tell me what you think

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
50 minute stretch on the bend app (yoga callestetics stretching) 66 different poses workouts.
Prison pump work out
45 jumping jacks
5 sets of 20 squats with 50lbs of rocks in a book bag
3 sets of 15 leg raises
3 sets of 10 push-ups
3sets 10 pike push ups
3 sets 10 chair dips
25 jumps on jump rope (more each day)
Gets more intense every 30 days im at day 11

Tuesday, Thursday
50 minute stretch
25 minute resistance band training (body juice video on YouTube.

Saturday
50 minute stretch
Twitter video workouts

Sunday:
50 minute stretch
Rest

I hope by Summerslam to look as good as Roman when he throws up the ☝🏿and by Mania next year be shredded. Realistically I’ll look like Monte’s Ford but to look as good as Roman Reigns walking to the ring will make me feel like I’ve achieved my goal.

Edit: i drink mostly water only water salads chicken and rice and I still fast 16 hours a day. I’ve been fasting since February and working out about 3 weeks

We all can see that no one knew )except for maybe Heyman and maybe Oba judging by that cowboy salute) that that was Brock’s last match. My perspective is Brock knew the whole time. He wasn’t gonna just let them embarrass him in his hometown by losing to Gunther and it just be another name on the list that Micheal Cole rattles off.

At the end of the Opening Segment Jey Metioned “The First Family”? I feel like that’s what this version of the Bloodline will be called. It’s not The Bloodline without Solo Heyman and Sami. But The First Family with Roman Jimmy Jey (and eventually Jacob) is a different Branch.
