Sticky situation

Since it's been so hot everywhere, how are you dealing with sweatiness? I mostly wear tanks with built in shelf bra and they used to work just fine, but lately my boobs literally stick together, especially if I am outside a lot.

For reference, my correct bra size is 30F (UK) or 30G (US) and I have extremely close set breasts to the point that there is no space between them. It's almost impossible to find underwire bras that don't dig into breast tissue, so I've been wearing tank tops instead.

The problem is, since there is no separation between them, my boobs get stuck together. The only solution i've found so far is rolling up a few tissues and putting them in between. I tried bra inserts, but those don't stay in place. There are also underboob sweat pads, but I don't sweat in that area.

If anyone else has dealt with this problem and found a solution, I would love some tips!

EDS and ageing

Women over 40, do you feel like your EDS symptoms are getting worse as you enter perimenopause? This seems to be the case for me and I am having trouble figuring out whether new symptoms are strictly hormone related, a side effect of EDS, or some sort of new condition.

I do see a menopause specialist who basically treats all symptoms as peri related and adjusts my HRT accordingly, which just feels like a lab rat experiment at this point.

For women on the other side of menopause, what type of changes have you noticed as it relates to EDS? Other than strength training, which I am already doing, what kind of changes can I implement going forward? My main issues are muscle loss, secondary lymphedema, CVI flair ups, and POTS.

I have been on HRT for about a year and the worst side effect for me is sun sensitivity. Took me a litte while to figure out that estrogen was causing my face to get scorched by the sun. I've tried several different brands of sunscreen and they all seem to clog up my pores.

What sunscreen are you using on your face that has a higher SPF but is light? I am open to a lower SPF and re-applying more frequently. Also, how do you actually clean your pores? I get a facial every few months already. Can't really do anything too harsh, because will have to hide inside for a week after. I have very light skin and live in a hot and humid climate. The only makeup I wear is mascara and lip gloss. Would appreciate any suggestions.
