I was diagnosed in fall of ‘21 after completely falling apart. Thanks to my boss that saved me and made me go seek help. I did 2 stints of LOA ‘21 and ‘22. My slide continued at a slower rate, but I was fired in June ‘23. I take Lithium, Lamotrigine and Neudexta. I also suffer from Psuedobolbar Affect(PBA) does anyone suffer from PBA. I’m so stuck cuz I can’t feel enough. I’ve destroyed my wife. My youngest 2 kids have now seen that other side of me. And that has me spiraling more and more. The hopelessness and worthless have taken over and I’m ready to go. I never could have imagined this is who I become. Any suggestion would help
