Hi a month ago I had mitral valve repair, aortic valve replacement and Tricuspid valve repair. Last Wednesday they did a Cardiac Ablation to get my HR down. It was in the 70' rest of Wednesday Thursday Friday And Saturday. Sunday afternoon it climbed to the hight 90's then in the evening to 102-104 Then his morning 113. Called and went to my Electrophysiologist who will do a cardiac aversion Tomorrow. Hopefully that will bring it back down and keep it down. Anyone else experience this issue with heart rate and these 2 procedures. TIA

Hi 23 days ago I had mitral valve repair. aortic valve replaced and tricuspid valve repair. I have been doing good this last night when My heart rate went up to 122 tho had no symptoms. Saw my surgeon today to remove the dressing. She said this happens sometimes and decided to give me a script 25 mg metoprolol. Took one waited a 1/2 hour checked HH but no significant change so she said to take another. Waited an our and it came down to 116. Anyone experience this before.? Will see my new cardiologist tomorrow.

Update : after seeing my Surgeons office yesterday to remove the dressing and put me on metoprolol which didn't work . Saw my cardiologist today and HR was 132. He sent me to the er put me on a drip which brought it down and saw my electrophysiologist who at first wanted to do a cardiac aversion but then changed and will do a cardiac ablation as an outpatient tomorrow which is better) so I didn't have to stay over night in the hospital.

How long does it take to get the live video verification.? Been waiting and all I get is an email saying we haven't forgotten about you when I inquire.

Has anyone recently had their road test in Delray Beach? If so what did the road test consist of and what questions did they ask you during the road test. Have one coming up in a few weeks. Thanks
