Got on sale, have community patch installed, first “learning” game and enjoying it! But my ~6 cities are at or near Rebellion because Happiness is in the toilet (Dragons). Research tells me it’s because all my districts a L1 and as I expand, Happiness takes a hit. How do I recover?

I’ve looked at some pics and a guide but I’ll be damned if I can understand HOW I’m supposed to build my cities. Can anyone use some crayon and explain it to me like a 6 year old, because I just don’t get it! 🤪

Hello, Cmdrs! I’m eager to return after several years away, installed on my dedicated Windows gaming rig and performance is pretty terrible. Game also hangs/crashes on exit.

I know it has FSR 1 which isn’t great and I tried DSR Factors in the NVIDIA control panel but the frame rates were terrible. I feel like I’m missing something obvious. I also have access to Lossless Scaling, if that’s a good option.

Setup: 5800X3D, 3070 Ti, 64 GB, 1440p monitor.
