Tell me if I’m expecting too much

Got offered a host at Bellagio last sept. Booked 2 trips since (standard 2 queen rooms) through her.

Last trip I took in Dec I got a limo to the property but she didn’t book one for the return trip. Met her in person and asked where it was and she implied it was my fault for not reminding her. Ended up taking a taxi.

I’m taking my family of 4 for a weekday trip (Tuesday-Friday) next month. Asked for a bellagio suite by name (shows as 2 comped nights, $164 owed in my mgm app). She asked “is 2 beds ok?” and didn’t mention she meant a fountain view queen room until I specifically asked.

I’m feeling like she’s giving me the brush off, silently downgrading, etc. I don’t ask for a lot of F&B usually and have never asked for extras like shows. I did ask for a cabana 1 day for the fam this time. The kids have never been to Vegas before so I was wanting to make it special

I’m also hosted at RW at the same play level and I have to say, although he forgot my late checkout once which was an annoyance, my host there is super responsive and helpful - suite, limo, F&B, show tickets all easy peasy.

Play level: $200/hand BJ 4-6 hrs/day, $30k marker.

Let me know if I’m just being an entitled douchebag. Thanks!

Edit: also last trip she forgot to do backend comps at all and I got charged, I had to ping her a week later and get it fixed. Just kinda sloppy.
