I have a high ranking local website and Google business profile. In fact, no one else in my industry in the area has a website that ranks anywhere close to page 1. My website is full of tons of industry experience information and EEAT.

When AI really took over with searches, we came up strong, only had one other local industry business listed along with us.

Recently I've been checking and we aren't showing in AI for many keywords where we once had. But instead it's the low ranking competition that is showing! As I said, many of them don't have websites, only use a square or set more scheduling website, or have poorly ranking websites with little to no EEAT.

This is beyond frustrating being that I've worked on my website very diligently for over 6 years! Thoughts? Ideas? No sales please.

I am curious to hear others experiences and feedback along with what your taking:

Please provide the following if you comment:

1. Brand/label manufacturer

2. SR or XR

3. Dosage

4. Experience - current or previous dates?

I've been off and on it since 2006. Have had both extremely good and also horrific experiences. I've found that it comes down to the manufacturer of the drug as well (binders and release make a huge difference in many people!) and if it's SR or XR - as to how it may or may not have effects, good or bad, and it can vary for every person for many reasons - taking additional meds would be one of them.

2006-2008 - Teva brand SR, 150mg (Teva since changed formulas). It helped with focus and relief of lifetime deep depression and lost 70 lbs in 7 months without doing too much different.

2016 - Not sure which label, 150mg and it did nothing.

2019 Activis 150mg XR - it helped tremendously with a mental breakdown and got me out of my head and I again lost weigh super easy, -60lbs in 6 months.

2023 Accord XR 150mg - had extremely disturbing thoughts of violence and violent acts! It was horrible! Thankfully I was aware enough to know that wasn't normal and wasn't my brain!

2026 currently - Teva XR 150mg, it's having little to no effect on my mental health after 2.5 months. Teca changed their formula a few years ago. Sadly it no longer helps me like it did in 2006-2008. It has however 100% halted my disabling pain from fibromyalgia so I do continue taking it. Looking to talk to my doc to change back to name brand in hopes of better results.

I'm really interested in hearing other people's experiences with their script details.
