I don't know kung ako lang nakaka pansin pero mediyo rampant na sa mga employers yung mag request na may attachment ng video recording. I personally am not a fan of it, ang weird niya sa feeling, i mean kaya nga initial interviews are a thing eh diba? Pero lately napakarami na nag i-insist na mag attach ng video to even be considered for a role.

What are your opinions on this? Pinapatos niyo ba or you guys don't even go for it. Should I atleast try to push for it? May success stories ba dito? Please let me know hehe thank you!
