Visiting Phnom Penh in late November: looking for local tips, photography spots, food & a few practical questions!

Hi everyone!
I’ll be visiting Phnom Penh in late November, mainly for work, but I should have a day or two free to explore the city. It’ll be my first time in Cambodia, so I thought I’d ask here for some advices and recommendations!

I’m also a photographer and will be bringing my camera along with a couple of lenses. I’d love to know if there are any interesting areas, streets, markets, or hidden gems worth exploring for photography. I’m particularly interested in street photography, architecture, and everyday local life, but I’m open to anything!

I also have a few other questions:
Food: Any must-try local dishes, restaurants, street food spots, or cafés you’d recommend? I’d love to try some authentic Cambodian food.
Things to see/do: Since I’ll only have a day or two, what would you say is really worth visiting? I’m happy to explore on foot and discover less touristy areas too.
Tailoring: I’ve heard that in some places in China you can get a custom-made suit within 24 hours. Is there anything similar in Phnom Penh? Any recommendations for a good tailor who could make a suit in a day or two?

Payments: How cash-based is Phnom Penh? Are cards and contactless payments widely accepted, or should I plan to carry cash most of the time? And is it better to carry USD or Cambodian riel?

Airport transfer: I’ll be arriving at Techo International Airport (KTI). What’s the easiest and most reliable way to get into the city? Is there a local equivalent of Uber, or would you recommend taking an official airport taxi?

Safety: Anything I should be aware of as a first-time visitor? Especially when walking around with a camera. Any areas to avoid or general precautions you’d recommend?

I’m not looking to cram too much into those couple of days, just hoping to get a good feel for the city, take some nice photos, eat good food, and enjoy my time there.

Would really appreciate any tips, especially from locals or people who’ve visited recently!
Thanks in advance! :)

opinions on a 2016 Hyundai Veloster with 251 km on the odometer

Hey everyone, just looking for some opinions on a car I’m thinking about buying.

It’s a 2016 Hyundai Veloster Base, 1.6L 4, automatic, with around 251,000 km on it. The seller is asking $1,100 CAD.

I’ve never owned a Hyundai before and I don’t really know anyone who has one, so I’m not sure what to expect reliability-wise. I did read that some of the 2.0L engines can have issues, which is one of the things making me unsure.

There’s also some rust on the rear right side, just above the wheel. The seller said it started from a small rock chip and then got worse over time because of the road salt/chemicals used in the city.

The tires also need to be replaced, so I’m guessing that’ll be another $700-ish, which would already put me pretty close to my total budget.

I’m not looking for anything fancy. I mainly just want a fuel-efficient car for daily city driving, getting to work, groceries, that kind of thing.

My budget is pretty tight right now, $2,000 CAD max, so I really don’t want to buy something cheap and then immediately have to dump a bunch of money into repairs.

For anyone who has owned a Veloster or knows these cars well, would you consider this a decent buy for $1,100? Anything specific I should check before buying it?

Appreciate any advice.
Thank you
