I love ZEPBOUND

I have been on Zepbound since May 2025. The doctor put me on it for two reasons: I have severe sleep apnea and was also very obese. If you are on Zepbound, you have to have a medical condition in addition to being overweight. I have lost about 70 pounds while on Zepbound but 95 pounds overall. My weight have stalled between 295 and 300 for the last six months. I am on the highest dose of 15 mg but I have not been doing much exercise or completely changed my eating habits. I got a gym membership last month through my insurance and have been intermittently working out. The most important thing that I am happy about is that my sleep apnea has improved a lot!!! I can now lie on my back when sleeping. I am still going to stay on it because of the issues with sleep apnea and also it is still suppressing my appetite. I cannot eat a lot anymore, but it’s what I’m eating that I need to change, which I started doing today. I need to lose at least another hundred plus pounds and I am determined to break the plateau.

I WILL NEVER BE WITH VERIZON AGAIN!!

I haven’t been a customer of Verizon Fios Service in about 10 years and three years for their wireless service. A couple months ago I signed up for Verizon Wireless and immediately started having issues with them. First, they charged me for two Apple watches went I actually ordered and paid for one. The next is their billing practices, which benefits them but not the customer. The third is their CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is the worst. They do not notate in their customer’s account what the calls are about. This in lies the problem because when I called back and spoke to another representative; I had to recount the issue that I was having all over again. Then another issue came up because the representative before didn’t tell me information that I needed to know. I am keeping the wireless service only because of the coverage, but I canceled their Fios service. I called the BBB to get help because of their new billing practices. A representative from Verizon Executive Relations Department just called. She was talking so fast and wasn’t listening because I had to repeat myself regarding the issue that I had with them more than once. She was so busy trying to go over the bill with me and explain things to me that I already knew. Towards the end I finally got frustrated. I had to literally break it down to her why I had a problem with them. I am only keeping the wireless service until I decide which cellular provider has a cheaper plan. I am so done with them.
