I need someone to clear my confusion about sihr, someone performed it on my father

Recently my family has been facing a lot of financial problems, relatives problems, even the environment of our own house seemed thick aired. My father was acting really agitated, one day I played surah bakrah in the house and my father turned it off for no reason, the other day when my mother was reading Quran with a bold voice, he started arguing with all of us over stupid reasons. And that's just what regularly happened for a few months, fights and arguments and discomfort spread in the house. We contacted a person, idk what to call them but we usually call them Maulana, he showed my father in his subconscious, about everything that was done to him, my father knew now that someone did sihr on him, he knows who did it, my family knows too, and the person who he saw is one of our relatives, with whom we're not in contact with anymore due to multiple family conflicts. And tell you what, she's an ulema. The object on which she did it was my father's vest, it was destroyed by the help of the Maulana in the subconscious (idk how). This woman who did it, she has a brother who has jinns as pets, I assume, Because he contacts them often or did, but as much as I know, the jinns are only contacted by black magic right? Because they have free will too! But my family says that he's a good person because he's a Maulana and the jinns contact him themselves because he has "so much knowledge". And the Maulana who we contacted to help us undo this sihr, he said that the jinn that was sent to my father unraveled himself a little too easily, which is suspicious. Can the jinn be told to unravel himself easily by the person who sent him? And also, my father saw the woman not her brother, is it possible that he (her brother) is the one who did it, but was told by the woman to do it. Or is the brother innocent and the woman herself did it?
