I’m a psychiatrist and my Husband is a Journalist who’s getting a masters program at Columbia university and we need a studio to stay in while he’s doing his studies
we need to move in around 1st of Sept
And we need it for 9 months

It’s better to be around the university in Manhattan but if in Astoria or any other place that can be accessible and affordable that works for us too, we are international students so we can’t do the credit score 🥲

We can provide other evidence of intent if needed

Our budget is better not to exceed 2500$
Safe neighborhood is priority also for us
