First board?

How would a SPREAD LTB do as a first board?

I know spread boards are more for groundtricks / park, but its one of the very few models available in my very tiny country. Otherwise i might think of buying a Jones MT overseas.

Cheers!

Beginner board reccomendations?

Hello friends, ive been thinking of getting a beginner board (or one to last me awhile). So far the only rental board besides standard-provided rentals i've tried is Heaven's eye by Crossing Fog.

Ive actually prompted with chatgpt before this and i guess it landed me with these choices.

Mainly im looking towards an all-mountain, less park(because i dont think i'll get into park that early on and also that about my skill level now).

Choices i ended up with are,

K2 Passport JP

Jones Mountain Twin

Capita DOA / SMF

Spread boards look hella cool but i dont think that suits me now.

Hope to get advices from those who had/still have and using these boards.

Cheers!!

E-Channel at Immigration

Been going to Shenzhen for abit and was wondering if this E-Channel is only for local citizens or can foreigners apply for it too?
If so has anyone applied before who knows the process of this?

Thanks in advance!

Hello all!

Will be the first time heading to China, more towards Harbin and Jilin (mainly for snowboarding, but also to look around).

What are the good parts/places to go for this two places? And approximately how many days per city would be good?

Thanks!

I had my first snowboard experience in early 2026 in japan, where i pretty much went with regular at the start. Somewhere through i tend to have my right foot infront instead of my left. Didnt think much of that.
Fast forward to a week ago, i was in Shenzhen's indoor resort and i realised i can turn frontside way easier with goofy than regular. I asked some other boarders there and they said whatever feels natural when you do falling leaf.
So at this point i assume im goofy, but heres the confusing part. While i ride easier goofy, i snow skate with my left foot infront instead. I also checked in with chatgpt about the same topic and it came up with the socks sliding/football kicking tricks which says im a regular.

So uh.. advices really appreciated. Im really mindblown right now :((

EDIT: my angles were 15/15 from the place i rented my board and im quite comfy with that
