CMV: I don’t think that everyone is created equal nor is equal after birth/in life in general…
First off I’m not denying that granting everyone equal rights and access to opportunity is a bad idea, in fact I think that doing so is only fair and is a necessary basis for the success of modern society, however, living in the US and having traveled the world and especially to Korea and Japan frequently aswell as speaking to many Russians, I have noticed that Americans are really soft people who expect way more than they can provide to the world, in other countries people don’t think they deserve nearly as much as Americans think they do, they are willing to prove their worth and work hard in order to achieve what they want, and it ends up working way better for the integrity of their societies. The fact of the matter is everybody is created differently not equal, yes you can say something like beauty is subjective but then why did Neanderthals go extinct partially due to Neanderthal men electively choosing Homo sapiens over their own, fact of the matter is that in any society there is a majority opinion of what is beautiful, of what is successful, of what is right in the world, and the more a person meets those expectations the better they provide for the world around them, some are born more beautiful than others some are born with greater ability to gain muscle some are born taller some are born smarter some are born into wealthy families with better moral compasses willing to parent their kids in a superior way to the masses, the cruel truth of this world is that meritocracy is superior, the harder you work and the more valuable you are in the eyes of your fellow man, the more you should attain, it’s only fair that an attractive and intelligent man who works hard is treated better and is given more resources and privileges overtime than someone who is unintelligent with bad aesthetics, in any society class rules, I have always been a hard worker and someone who doesn’t believe I am owed anything I don’t think anyone nor me deserves anything I think that you should do the best you possibly can no matter how hard it is and in doing so you will achieve more than the majority of those around you proportional to your value over others! A society where we give support and free handouts to derelicts and non providing members of society is simply a waste of money they will blow through the money and never learn how to become self sufficient, I think it’s time to recognize that some humans are superior and some humans are inferior, but that obviously we should allow everyone equal rights from birth so that we can figure out who is superior and valuable to society and who is inferior and is a tax on the system, and those we are less valuable should be able to be treated as such, I’m sick of being told I have to pay social security and taxes in order to help a dying system of less functional human beings than myself. The only exception here is people who are disabled, that is our of their control and it’s only right we support them because they didn’t do anything wrong, I’m just tired of all the social underclasses of under achieving people living off of the welfare state and complaining that they deserve access to our tax money to subsidize a life that doesn’t benefit the rest of us! Change my view on this, I’m a cruel meritocratic mind
