Just had my birthday yesterday. I don’t usually throw grand parties or go drinking for the night.

I was expecting my girlfriend that she would atleast call or atleast text me that night. I got wishes from the most unexpected people. But the most important one never happened. She did eventually texted me in the morning after seeing my insta story and that’s all. It was never a chase of validation for me to get a lot of stories or wishes, I just wanted to share that moment with her.

I get it she is busy and she has a full-time job but was I expecting too much? I have seen her reddit she is actively replying to strangers which has questionable stuff sometimes. I have seen her talking to other guys in her Insta DMs.

So am I cooked? I am 96% sure, I am.

So it all started when I moved out of my home for the first time in my life and everything went south. Lost my gf. Lost my job. Lost all my self respect.

I don’t have none to talk to here. Whenever I talk to my parents it’s always about when are you getting your next job?

I genuinely spend days without speaking a word the most I talk to is the delivery partner when I order food. I have all these thoughts about ending everything 24/7. I haven’t done anything in last 3 days. I need help idk who to seek to.
