How helpful is customer service?
I just ordered my first standing desk from them, the E7. The laminate top came scratched and dented. Do they do replacements quickly? How is the exchange process usually?

Shot time discrepancy [DF64, Breville Barista Touch]
Today I did one shot at 18g to 36g yield that pulled around 26 secs. I then pulled the same shot about 5 mins later and pulled in 21 secs. If all the things I did were exactly the same, why was there such a difference in shot times?
