7/29/2026: Replaced Angeldark92's apk to the latest where positional movement latency is minimized.

8/7/2026: Replaced Angeldark92's apk with a newer version that has better colors and added a link to Chronos's fork of the sboys driver.

8/10/2026: Replaced Angeldark92's apk with a newer version that adds potential controller throwing fixes, a link on the first startup to select unrestricted battery usage which potentially increases streaming performance and used a more balanced HMD prediction value to reduce jitter while still keeping most of the latency improvement.

Thanks to u/Angeldark92 for fixing the UI issues with steam link while running the latest Galaxy XR firmware as well as adding eye tracking passthrough! I've provided an updated steam link, one with the latest version as well as another with the fixes incorporated into an older version that works without stutters for me. I'm selling a property for $250k. I have two other properties, one with a $350K mortgage at 2.3% and the other with a $150k mortage at 6%. I don't have much cash in checking or savings accounts but do have a HELOC on the $350K mortgage property at 8.5% that I can pull from in emergencies.

What would you all recommend I do with the money? Pay off the $150k mortgage and the rest in HY savings (I have one that's 4%). Or keep the mortgage and put in an index fund in the stock market? Or a combination of index fund and HY savings? Thanks, appreciate your ideas and thoughts.
