Is it true that contraceptive pills can be less effective while on fixcom?

Help pls. Sobrang dark ng UA ko and i really want to treat it sa tama na. I tried UA IPL whitening laser, almost half a yr but di nag work. Now, i use skinstation's axilight serum. since may hair removal laser din ako sakanila. should i take whitening laser from skinstation? worth it ba?
