Decorated this wooden box for a project by glue-sticking thick paper to it. What can I use to ‘seal’ it and make sure the paper doesn’t lift/peel?

I’ve heard Mod Podge might be good but have also seen people say a spray on sealant might be better - help! Thank you!

This amazing nonstick pan my old landlady had

I know it looks super generic but any help would be appreciated - best pan I’ve ever used! My old landlady has no idea the brand but said she was given it by some guy who owned the company - UK brand I think? London-based?
