What could be the problem here?
I don't know much about computers or laptops and I only use it for studying mainly youtube and some mock test apps. The model is Dell Inspiron 3520 and it does this every other week or once in a while. I bought it in December 2024 so the warranty is expired and Dell technical helpline is just the worst. Please help me tackle this situation.

I need help with preparation for prelims and msins6
Hello guys, I (24M) have completed graduation a while ago and I was thinking to prepare for UPSC and state PCS.
I graduated with history and polity so some of my basics are clear and I have decent knowledge of geography too.
I have no experience with civil services but I appeared in SSC CGL exam and was 2 marks short of final merit. I live in a fairly rural area and people here have no knowledge towards government exams so I can't ask for guidance with any real people here. I have given some mocks and I was getting score in polity geography and history but other subjects were very tough for me.
I need help with selection for good online coaching with good faculty and mentorship. Thank you.
