i am 15 in the uk, using diy hrt. i have concerns over my testosterone levels and was wondering if i could book a blood test to check my levels without the doctor informing my mum or authorities. im not sure if having male amounts of testosterone in my body as a biological female is something they are mandated to report.

i would rather safely use testosterone and know my levels than be guessing but i also am desperately in need of diy right now.

i dated a girl with bpd for around 10 months, we were happy until i decided to end the relationship.
she is very depressed, suicidal and generally mentally ill and so it took me a long time to build up the courage to end things as i was scared she would harm herself.

she is still very depressed, suicidal etc.. and i feel so torn between running from it or keeping an eye on her because she has told people she was going to commit suicide in the past and they failed to get her help / contact authorities/parents. she doesn't want me to be in her life and i dont want to be in hers but if she kills herself i dont know what i would do.

i feel so guilty, i feel like if she dies then it will be my fault but i know its unhealthy for both of us if i check on her.

the worst part is, i already know the right thing to do but i dont know how to stop myself from caring about her. and now im drunk and i texted someone to know if shes doing okay and god i just feel awful, someone get me away from this stupid phone
