I ordered these online about a month ago. Have not seen any change in them. Are they fake?

I 34F had two episacril lipomas removed 4/13 the one on the right side was smaller and round and the one on the left was this multi lobed monster. My surgeon did not send it to pathology and when I requested why I was told it looked good so no need. All the nerve pain initially went away but now it is coming back. I pushed around and can feel that I have new or the same ones growing back. They feel large but idk if it is scar tissue or another lipoma.

I don’t know if I should contact another surgeon or just see what’s going to happen? Any advice?
