What’s it like living near the stadium? (Arsenal)

For background I’m looking at a property not far from the football stadium and I was wondering if any locals could answer the following:

How loud/bright does it get on match days?

Do lots of fans end up wandering the back streets pre/post match or do people tend to move on to pubs & the main roads quickly?

How difficult is it to travel in & out on match days (I know the stations can have a bit of disruption but aside from that).

What are the upsides and downsides of the area beyond the stadium itself?

Two box mixes, two cakes… and some extra’s

•M&S box mix, one chocolate, one plain sponge - mixed together for a ‘“light’ chocolate flavour

•Stewed strawberries & blackberries in cherry juice & sugar (from scratch)

•Whipped cream cheese vanilla frosting (from scratch)

•Chocolate ganache (from scratch) with sea salt flakes

The assembled round cake is coming with me to a group this afternoon. The bundt cake is being saved for a birthday coming up this week. Saving the rest of the stewed fruit, cream cheese frosting & ganache to go with it on the day.

Started off with approx:

500g 00 flour

100ml sour cream + splash of milk

Knob of butter

2 eggs (more like 1.5)

Pinch of salt.

Mix dough, knead and rest.

Roll out & press into rounds (extra rounds have been put in the freezer), using extra flour as needed.

Filling:

Chicken mince

Soffrito mix

Herbs: Onion & Garlic powder, smoked paprika, sage, tiny bit of tumeric, white pepper.

Butter and a splash of chicken stock.

Fried off mince, let it cool down. Roll rounds thinner, fill with a spoon’s worth, press, fold, pinch.

Boiled until dough is fully cooked.
