Where to donate Dobbs Bar and Boots?

Help ID this vintage leather bag (made in Canada)?

I can not find any info on this bag anywhere on the internet. It has an oarsman tag and was made in Canada. Other than that, I have no idea how old it is or what it might have been called. I bought it at a yard sale from an older British woman who recently moved to the USA but she could not remember where she got it. If you could share any info, it would be much appreciated. Thanks!
