The red line is completely fucked right now. Went into NoMa and next train said 12 minutes, that train came and went without stopping. Next train said one minute and then said “arriving” and “boarding” all without a train showing up. Then all the times switched to “delayed” so I tried to leave.

This is when it gets especially frustrating. I tried to leave the station and ask if I can get refunded for my fare since I had been there almost 20 minutes with no trains. The manager told me no “you should’ve looked at the information boards” and even though there was a train with a time on the board when I got there, no more trains were coming and she still wouldn’t help. I understand it’s not that much money but it’s the principle.

Not even looking for sympathy, just needed a place to vent for myself and others potentially impacted.
