I had bought Samsung Galaxy Book 4P laptop 2 years ago. The keypad stopped working 2 weeks ago (when it was still under the store warranty). I raised a complaint and now the store has come back saying no service is available for repair. Instead, it has given an option to exchange this laptop with another laptop after a depreciation of 30%. I have asked for a better offer but what do you guys think about deal? Should I take it? If yes, what laptop should I go for? I'll get around INR 81K. Thanks in advance.

Edit- I work from home and travel for work so something light weight, fast and with good storage. I do like trying new apps on it (small video editing etc) so a strong processor.
