How can I contact customer service

Hey guys, I got a worldpacker membership for the first time a bit over a month ago. I am bad with forgetting memberships I have, and so I went to my profile to cancel the auto renewal for my membership, to find out later, my whole membership was revoked. I paid for a whole year, so I expected to still have access until next April, but my account is now prompting me to purchase a new membership to apply for positions again. I tried to reach out so support when this happened last Friday, and never heard back. I even send another request via their support form online, but still ive heard nothing back. Is there any other way to get in contact with customer service or anything else I can do? I was hoping to stick with worldpackers, but this is putting me off and I might just make the switch to workaway if this cant be resolved. Feeling duped.

Employer gave wrong W-2 for 2023, just finding out via notice from IRS

I just received a noticed from the IRS that I owe nearly 4k (only about $300 in interest and late fees) & freaked out. Went digging and realized the W-2 I was given and submitted was off by about 5k (reported as 26k income when I made 31k). I know I should have looked closer, but I blindly trusted the W-2, and now seemingly have a 4k bill for it. I’m just confused how an additional 5k in income can account for 4k in taxes owed, especially when I didnt make that much anyways. I’m wondering what my next steps are, I plan to reach out to my employer (who I still work for) and get a corrected W-2, as well as call the IRS to see exactly what the 4k is for. Is there any legal action I have against my company for sending me the wrong W-2? Any advice is welcomed, thanks

So, for a while I have been looking at doing a worldpackers experience, it is something really calling to me. I have planned a rough timeline of Aug/Sept time depending on some variables, and my best friend’s birthday is the end of September. The other day she mentioned wanting to do a trip for her bday, not really knowing much about my Worldpackers plans (lightly mentioned but not full details or how long ive been planning and looking into it). I was just like “sounds fun”, but I’m wondering if I should move my schedule for her birthday? I feel bad to miss it, especially because I was on a roadtrip last year for her bday as well. But at the same time, I don’t want to rush or wait around because of it. What is the best move here?
