Weirdest artist with multiple albums

Like most of you, I expect, there are a few artists on the list that I think:

"Meh, not for me, but I appreciate hearing something new, and if it's one of the critic's favourite records, fair enough".

What really sticks out to me are the artists who fall into that category and have more than one album on the list. Today, I've been handed my second TV On The Radio record. I didn't really jive with the first one and, while I think this one is a little better, I just can't see the justification for having more than one of their albums on a list like this. If I like one, I'll probably check out their other work, so it just seems redundant when there are other, far more influential and varied artists, who only get a single entry.

Coincidentally, I had The Downward Spiral yesterday, Nine Inch Nails' only album on the list. It seems very strange to me to have one NIN album and two from TV On The Radio.

DE Treatment process

Hi,

I've been following David's treatment process using diatomaceous earth and the passive monitoring system and am now 9 days post comprehensive vacuuming and DE application. In that time, I've seen a few live bugs and a few dead ones (6 total).

The three live ones I've seen in the last 24 hours all appear to have made their way through the DE, one of them actively in a crevice that was visibly treated, so was essentially surrounded by DE. Another of them seemed particularly sluggish and was sort of aimlessly roaming around out in the open during the middle of the day (I easily gathered this one up and killed it). I have seen no evidence of any bugs in the passive monitor as yet, which is placed attached to the under side of the slats near the head end of the bed.

I just wanted to check that this was all normal and expected as part of the treatment process? I've included a couple of photos of two of the live bugs seen in the last 24 hours.

Thanks

Bud Bugs in headboard

Hi,

I think this is a pretty obvious "yes you have bed bugs" response, but I just wanted confirmation. As you can see, they appear to have settled into the headboard of our bed, so I'm looking at treatment options.

Looking at the options on bed-bugs.co.uk, I am looking at the home treatment and monitoring kit. Will that be effective for an infestation like this? Also, what would be the first step here while waiting for the kit to arrive? Should I use tights over a vacuum hose to remove as much as possible?

Thanks in advance.
