The adjudicator in my case wrote 6 months before wsib decision was rendered that my claims would be denied, without reviewing any known evidence including video and documentation of the actual event, including withheld evidence at my employer. To make matters worse every wsib correspondence was vetted by the management in writing. I absolutely have the proof as I have the documentation in hand from a partial foi requests. Also, wsib has successfully blocked part of foi request at ipc until mediation at ipc. 1 year lag time to be heard. fpc is appointed by wsib and refuse to respond

Hello all

Anyone with a great analysis of the difference between the two. I was denied service with a written accommodation agreement from a psychologist by a large corporation. I see no financial hardship at this billion dollar company and this also is related to a work related record incident
