never saw one in my 22 years of living until i moved to this unit. holy crap i really did not know i could be so terrified of something i am panicking right now it's been 1 month since i tried dealing with them. it's really difficult because i have adhd and i really try hard to clean routinely but i slip up and next thing you know theyre there. i saw 2 in my kitchen drawers today that are connected to where i store my baking supplies (i.e., where they would love to be!!) and ive been sat here for 2 hours half frantically ordering everything i can to get rid of them - dehumidifiers cedar blocks moisture absorbents - and half paralyzed. my heart is beating so fast i am terrified im scared and im ashamed of asking my landlady for help bc it is my fault that there's clutter everywhere but im so scared of lifting something up in the fear that theres silverfish underneath and it's just a cycle. im so scared i want to cry my heart is beating so fast

i really try hard not to make it adhd's fault, but texting is so difficult. being timely is so difficult. i forget fucking everything. i lost a friend because of this in december. got into trouble with my bf because i cant remember a damn thing he says even though i pay attention so hard. today i just lost another friend. i actually hate myself. i wish i could function better but it's so difficult and i slip up so much and if i were friends with myself i would also get frustrated. i really try not to but sometimes i really hate myself

I'm moving into a new place without a coax plate and cable, my landlord has offered to replace one of the plates to a coax plate so I'm trusting them to do so. However, I was wondering (once the plate is installed) if a coax cable is as easy as just plugging it into the plate or if it's something I should call a professional for? Additionally- I've ordered a coax cable and am waiting for it to arrive! I've never done this before- sorry if it's a little silly!
