Anyone successfully using HVB or OUCU with Venmo Business (NOT personal)?

I would prefer a local bank, been working with HVB for over 50 years, but there is something about them about them Venmo just hates. I need to be able to make Venmo payments from my Business profile, and both the debit card and checking acclunt are successfully linked (supposedly). Payments just fail and tell me to try again later. Two calls to Venmo, they just say they dont see any issues on their end, and to call the bank. HVB says call Venmo.

Is anyone successfully using a Venmo Business profile with either HVB or OUCU?

Personal works fine.

[Landlord US-PA]Simplest bookkeeping for a 3 unit MF?

I'm new to owning rental property and my situation is a little unusual. I recently bought a four-unit building a couple hours' drive, but one unit will be a house hack 2nd home. That leaves three units as long-term rentals. No plans acquire additional properties. My goal is to keep management and administration as straightforward as possible, and I settled on Baselane for rent collection and bookkeeping

For owners with a single small multifamily property, how do you handle bookkeeping and financial tracking? Do you separate income and expenses by unit to get more detailed data, or is it generally sufficient to track everything at the property level when growth and scaling aren't priorities?

Mollica Gall for real estate transaction?

I am representing myself in a relatively simple.real estate transaction. Looking for legal representation for the closing, not so much deal analysis. I noticed that Mollica Gall Sloan Sillery also has a title company and Im wondering what its like to work with them for this? I see the online reviews are strong. Are they reasonably priced?
