.1mg microdose 2x week question

Hi! I started with .1 mg once a week and then upped to twice a week however, on the 2nd week of 2 injections, I got so nauseous and dizzy the day after my 2nd injection that I was in bed for 1 full day and still feeling ill a 2nd day. I was also cycling 10-15 miles a day, so I am not sure if I had heat exhaustion with the high temps we've had in the midwest, or if it was from the 2nd dose that 2nd week week. Has anyone else experienced this? I really think it was from heat exhaustion, but now I'm nervous to go back to 2 doses a week. I will definitely discuss with my Dr at my next visit, but I wanted to know now if others have had this happen as well.

I just recieved my deceased sister's inquest report from 2004.. should I read it?

My sister passed away of a self-inflicted gun shot wound to the head in 2004. However, there was an inquest into the incident as her husband at the time had gun residue on his sleeve, so they were looking at assisted suicide or other possible situations. My father has had the inquest report since 2005 and I've thought about asking for it, but I didn't want to upset him. My father passed away in late 2024 and I just received the report and additional documents from his things when my step-mother passed away early 2026. Do I read it?! I want to read it and go through the entire inquest report & police investigation reports so bad but I'm afraid I will deeply regret it if I do. It's a large manila envelope I am scared to open!

Have you ever experienced deja vu from your dreams?

This has happened to me several times, and I am curious as to how often others have this experience. I'll have a dream, and the same events from my dream happen several months, or even years later.
