No communication for a year whatsoever. Am I screwed should I send another email?

My original Email with my name, address and phone number is May 13 2025. I just called the phone number listed and they are processing Oct 2025 applications so mine got stuck.

P.S. When I was sending my email you didnt have to include gun details but now they do require gun serial etc with your initial email. Maybe that was the problem for me? Any help is appreciated
