I need your help!!! My husband and I were traveling through Des Moines in May of 2023 and stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites Des Moines Downtown on Water St. We took our dog on a walk and in an attempt to find food after a long day of driving we stumbled upon a place that had one of the best pizza slices we have ever had. It was a honey, garlic?, Alfredo pizza slice. We are looking for the place to revisit as we drive through the city again. It seemed like a bar, not really a restaurant. It had a glass heating display with the pizza inside. It was a smaller building but that’s about all we remember. Please help us find our pizza!

Update: SOLVED, it was Fongs! But if you want to suggest other pizza places, I won’t say no

I like a little bit of everything! I’ve watched the typical Office, Parks and Rec, Big Bang Theory, Friends, Gilmore Girls, Bridgerton. Recently got obsessed with below deck and Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. I love drama shows but also sitcoms! Something that I can binge like crazy. I’m at a loss for what to watch next

My husband and I are PCSing to Langley in the beginning of August! We already have our name on the housing list for base but I’m hearing that there is off base-base housing? Just curious where they are located at! Also will have to drive to Riverside Medical Center for work some days in the beginning so trying to see how close that is to some of the housing. If we don’t get base housing where would you recommend looking for a place? Or maybe where SHOULDN’T we go? We don’t have any kids, just us and a dog! All advice and help is appreciated!
