Mysterious chronic bladder pain and need to urinate

My (21F) mom (51F) has had a nearly constant strong urge to pee occasionally accompanied by pain and difficulty urinating for the last 5 years. She was tested for a UTI obviously and came back clean, was scanned for cancers and tons of different conditions (including Interstitial Cystitis, which she apparently had very mildly so it still wouldn't explain the strong urge to pee), been on many different types of treatment (nerve deadening, expanding the bladder, drugs, even holistic medicine) with literally no relief. She ended up having a hysterectomy thinking it was caused by a benign growth on her uterus (it was collapsing and was gonna have to be removed eventually, so it wasn't that big of a deal) and when that didn't help back in April of this year she had her entire bladder removed as a last ditch effort to get rid of the sensation and improve her quality of life. For about two weeks or so it seemed like her symptoms were gone and she could finally live a normal life again, but she recently confessed to me that the symptoms had returned and were still as intense as ever. None of the doctors or specialists we have seen know what's going on, and it literally makes no sense why she would still feel like she needs to pee when she literally has no bladder. It's been debilitating on her mental health and everyone in the family is at their wits end with this.

My question is has anybody heard of anything like this and could recommend possible treatment? Or at least give us an idea of what on earth is going on at all? This is my first time posting here so sorry if I'm going about this incorrectly. We literally just have no idea where to go from here.

Thoughts on "Design me a Character" characters?

Thinking of uploading a "character" that's actually a prompt for someone to design an OC based on a theme, (more specifically I want people to design a bunch of pokémon gym leaders where each attacker claims a different pokémon type) but I was curious about what the popular opinion on these sorts of "characters" were. Have you ever done a "design me a character" attack? Is that something that you would ever be interested in doing? Do you prefer a prompt or for it to be open ended? Y'know, those sorts of questions

Thoughts on the storyteller characters?

I love the little personalities and identities they gave them in the trailer, and that they essentially function as difficulty settings for your save file

Also their general vibes of being vaguely medieval with almost tarot-like cards as if they're fortune tellers is super cool imo

And Ricardo... Wow...

For months I have been trying to find this episode to show to my friend but I can't seem to find it and I'm starting to wonder if I hallucinated the whole thing.

Basically the squad gets black out drunk and when they wake up the next morning some crime was committed and they have to figure out what they did while drunk (no one can remember what happened) in order to solve the crime

Does anyone know which episode this is?

It has been taking over my mind
