When you're a lost cause
I feel fear when i take a phone call (of course, my voice sounds stupid, too). I feel fear when the delivery man brings a pizza and I have to receive it. And I'm near to 50

How do you set the lumbar support?
It's uncomfortable no matter how I set this lumbar support up or down. You can even push this thing forwards or backwards. How do I know it fits perfect? It's so huge. I have the feeling I make my back even worse. I have seen pictures how to set it right, but even them are contradicting. Over the buttocks and still in the height of the buttocks. Very confusing.
Do I need to get help from a physiotherapist?
