Just started famciclovir

I’ve taken valtrex before and felt totally fine. I’m on my second day of daily famciclovir for cold sores and I feel like sh*t I’m so tired and almost threw up while driving. It’s this just because I just started it or is it always gonna be like this

Big dry patch, Cold sore or eczema? Will not go away

So every single week for the past month almost two I’ve been getting what feels like and looks like the start of a cold sore. But it never leaks and turns into a big scab, it just forms these little blisters that are so small it’s hard to even tell if they look fluid filled, it itches and tingles, dries, and heals after a week then immediately the day after switches to the opposite side of my top lip. I’ve been treating it like a cold sore but also I recently got a rash on my neck and face which I’m going to get looked at Tuesday but I’m questioning if maybe this isn’t a cold sore?? I don’t know I’m tired of not kissing my boyfriend for this long bc I’m so paranoid it’s a sore

Daily valtrex for cold sores

Does anyone take daily antivirals for cold sores? I have hsv1 just on my lips and I have prodrome symptoms regularly, and I often will get very faint blisters almost every two weeks that don’t usually turn into fully scabbed visible sores but still take just as long to heal. I’m in a relationship and I’m terrified of giving it to my partner so is it a good idea to get on valtrex daily?
Also I take lysine every day, wear sunscreen every day, and am very careful about what I eat. It does seem to help from the sores fully forming but doesn’t stop them from trying to come through
