I texted in our league group chat that league dues are due by 8/30 and not paying or talking to me about payment schedule by the 30th will have their team locked on 8/31 until payment is given. I tried the draft pick thing but draft picks get traded and some teams (like myself) don’t have any 3rds or 2nds. So I figure I’d put everyone on the bench and lock the team until they pay.

Jahmyr Gibbs, Bijan Robinson, Chris Olave are some of the top players not currently practicing due to contract concerns or perceived contract concerns.

I feel like in the past players like Terry McLaurin (could be some other issues as he was injury ridden all last season) that held out of camp struggled to get going.

Since Gibbs and Bijan are going top 3 in most if not all redraft fantasy drafts and top 5 in dynasty start ups and Olave is a very enticing fantasy pick and for dynasty owners hope he can repeat what he did last year.

With these hold outs and I understand the slight overreaction of it being day 2, but when is there reason for concern, if any?

TEs: McBride, Rairdon(taxi)

I have McBride (bought at a decent price this offseason as a contender) and he was spectacular this last season. I see a lot of analysts, commentators, even users saying McBride is a sell high candidate. I’m sure if you got an insane overpay for him sure. But I feel like I see dozens of fantasy football tweets and trade advice questions saying to sell him.

I just don’t see why he’s a sell high and not an elite cornerstone. When I think of sell high candidates I think of like Michael Wilson or something.

If I’m making a mistake holding, I’d appreciate feedback why and what offers or downtiers to look for but I’m just really curious other than his insane volume in 2025 and TE1 status. Bowers is an elite cornerstone asset, but is McBride not a cornerstone asset? He’s only 26?

I’m aware that kickers and D/ST have no place in dynasty.
Our league likes it for some reason and won’t vote against it. I do have Texans defense and Fairbairn though.

Any combos to tier up receiver or RB? I’m happy with Saquon I think he bounces back.

Have one taxi spot open, looking to just shove one of them in there. Seen some reports on Joly having a few good days at camp. Hibner has upside and only Andrews in front of him. Rairdon is intriguing but he did tear his ACL twice apparently.

Which one is worth the stash in taxi?
