Chose ECE over CSE at Kashmir University – Did I make the right decision?
I recently chose Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) over Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at Kashmir University, even though I was eligible to get a CSE seat as well.

I’m planning to apply for German bachelor universities for Winter Semester 2027.
My problem is:
Most university deadlines are around 15 June 2027, but my Indian university first-year final result/transcript may only come out in August 2027.
So what should I do in this situation?
Can I still apply before 15 June using:
- current semester marksheets,
- bonafide certificate,
- enrollment proof,
- provisional documents,
and then submit the final first-year result later when it is released in August?
Also, has anyone here applied for APS or German universities while their first-year result was still pending?
My profile:
- 86% in 12th
- JEE Main 90 percentile
If anyone has gone through a similar situation or is already studying in Germany, please let me know what the best approach would be and any suggestions/tips you may have.
