Help, stability confusion on my hynix A die overclock 7800x3d

Specs:

B850m mortar
2. 7 7800x3d
3. 16x2 klevv cras v 6000mhz cl28

My process
**1. Ran ycruncher vt3 —> no error 2 hours**
\- Full clean bios
\- Set 6200mhz, fclk 2167, optimize profile: hynix 16gb, UCLK=MEMCLK, swap apu, IGPU disabled, Bankrefreshmode: Normal, vsoc 1.250v

**2. Set timings (Picture #1)**

**3. Ran extreme @anta777 —> stable 6 hours**

**4. Did some changes (picture #2)**

**5. Ran 1usmus v3 —> some errors —> ended up with picture #3 stable 1 hour 1usmus v3**

**6. Ran ryzen3d @anta777 —> many errors (picture #4 and #6**
\- Only tweaking voltage settings (VDD, VDDQ, VDDIO)

I followed the instructions from the post below and using VEII (?) cheatsheet to check tm5 error
https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/s/ZlIjUeCT5C

Any advice or recommendations to get my timings stable?

Edit: I’m suspecting SCL maybe to tight or my tRP can’t be set tight because I overclock my dram speed

Edit 2:
|tRP : 36 —> 38
|tRAS : 60 —> 63
|tRC : 96 —> 101
|tRDRDSCL / tWRWRSCL : 6 / 6 —> 7 / 7
|tWTRS : 4 —> 3
|MEM VDD : 1.4250V —> 1.4500V
|MEM VDDQ : 1.3500V —> 1.4000V
|MEM VDDIO : Auto —> 1.3500V
(The right-most is the stable 6 hours config)

Edit 3:
Sorry for my bad English in the title! I meant to say: I am confused about how to stabilize my Hynix A-die RAM overclock.

Update:
I’ve tried only changing tRP to 36 with my stable 6 hours config, failed
Tried changing only tRAS and tRC, failed
Changing SCL only to 6/6 and 5/5, failed
I think I already hit my timing’s wall

Need help about 7800x3d ram and pbo overclock guide

So lately I’ve been obsessed with overclocking my ram and would stay all night just to wait stability test,
I mainly ask ai to guide me step by step configuring my ram timings (which sometimes miss leading and just repeatedly going back to previous failed config),
What I’m using are corecycler, prime95, ycruncher, occt, testmem5

I know It’s bad for using ai (I use gemini pro extended and claude max), although I copy than put to ai some of reddit posts that discuss about overclock guide

The problem:

Background:
The first thing I do is running occt and corecycler(prime95) for 12 hours to find curve optimizer,
Settled on all core -30, core4 -25

Than I ask ai what’s the tightest timings I can get with gdm disable,
Using ai configuration, I ran occt and testmem5 stable

After that, my ai told me to test vt3 ycruncher for final test,
But weirdly enough, I got constant error for just running a couple minutes,
My ai said the problem comes from curve optimizer,
But after setting curve optimizer, loosen my primary timings and secondary timings, tweaking soc amd vdd/vddq voltage, it’s still not stable

Haven’t tried msi high efficiency mode tightest tough,
But even haven’t tried it, I’m not satisfied with the timings preset

Questions:

  1. Does stability test inconsistency could happen between programs?
  2. If so, what stability test program should I run first then next?
  3. How to properly overclock my ram? (Hoping some guides, tips, and advice)

This is my timings and tm5 1 hour test

My specs:
- 7 7800x3d
- b850m mortar (latest bios 30 June)
- klevv cras v 6000mhz cl28
- noctua nh u12a
- rtx 5060ti

This is my first time posting anything on reddit because reddit just opened in my country without needing to use vpn,
Sorry for any mistakes making this post
