I’ve been thinking about maybe starting a small kiosk or counter like fast-food place in Kannur and wanted to get some honest thoughts from people here before I even consider it seriously.

Idea is nothing big or fancy , just a small takeaway kind of place with stuff like:

1. Cheese sticks (maybe as a signature item)

2. Smash burgers

3. Nashville-style chicken tenders with dave's or popeyes/ranch sauce type of sauce as dip

4. Broasted chicken

5. Loaded fries

6. churros as a desert

Basically simple, modern fast food ...... not shawarma or café-style menu.

I just wanted to ask honestly:

Do you think there’s actual demand for this in Kannur?

Or is the burger/chicken scene already kind of saturated here?

What price range feels reasonable for this kind of food?

And most importantly, do you think something like cheese sticks would be a hit or a miss here? (since it’s not that common here)

What would actually make you try a new place like this?

Just trying to understand if it’s even worth thinking about or not. Honest opinions are really appreciated 👍
