Fellow ladies, how many of you take creatine?
Hot yoga (105°/50%humidity) is my main form of exercise. No weights or resistance training, just hot yoga 6 days a week. I (41F) recently read that creatine can be an important supplement for women to add into their diets just as it is for active men… however, like much of women’s science, there’s less research around it for us as there is for men.
For those of you who do hot yoga as your only or primary form of exercise, do you take it? Have you noticed measurable benefits in definition, stamina, and concentration? Have you had to increase your water intake even further?
